Service Offerings: a. 3PL Fulfillment Services: We offer comprehensive third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment services including warehousing, order processing, packaging, shipping, and inventory management. b. Private Labeling Services: Our private labeling services allow clients to brand products with their own label or logo, providing a seamless and customized solution for their business needs. c. SEO Services: We provide search engine optimization (SEO) services aimed at improving the visibility and ranking of our client's websites on major search engines, driving organic traffic, and enhancing online presence.

  2. Service Agreement: a. Prior to the commencement of services, clients are required to sign a service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and any specific terms relevant to the chosen service(s). b. Any modifications to the service agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  3. Client Responsibilities: a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services. b. Clients must adhere to any guidelines or requirements provided by Genesis Ecom for successful collaboration.

  4. Fees and Payments: a. Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement and invoices and are subject to agreement by both parties. b. Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement. c. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

  5. Confidentiality: a. Genesis Ecom agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared by clients during the course of engagement. b. Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information provided by Genesis Ecom.

  6. Intellectual Property: a. Any intellectual property developed or utilized in the provision of services shall remain the property of Genesis Ecom, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. b. Clients retain ownership of their intellectual property, including branding materials and product designs.

  7. Service Quality and Performance: a. Genesis Ecom is committed to delivering high-quality services in accordance with industry standards and best practices. b. We strive to meet agreed-upon timelines and deliverables; however, external factors beyond our control may impact performance.

  8. Termination of Services: a. Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the service agreement. b. Genesis Ecom reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or if continued provision of services is deemed impractical or unfeasible.

  9. Dispute Resolution: a. In the event of any disputes arising from the provision of services, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. b. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, either party may seek mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.

  10. Governing Law: This services policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
